Mr. Sutliff currently works for Commcor, Inc., in Horsham Pennsylvania as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations, and the Chief Financial Officer. He is directly responsible for the Operations, Finance, and Information Technology departments of the parent company of a five-company marketing communications group.

Prior to assuming his present duties, Mr. Sutliff served as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for the Dudnyk Company/Commcor, Inc. During his service in such capacities, the company grew from a two to a three-company operation, and Mr. Sutliff instituted corporate changes that improved operations, reduced costs, and facilitated financial growth.

Mr. Sutliff is a Certified Public Accountant, and received his MBA in Finance from LaSalle University in 1987. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting in 1981 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sutliff was born and raised in Philadelphia, and currently resides in Warminster, Pennsylvania with his wife of twenty-five years, and their four children.
