Joseph A. Splendido is the Founder, President, and CEO of Colonial Mortgage Service Company of America, a full service mortgage banker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since its inception in 1992, Colonial Mortgage has originated and closed over one-half billion dollars in loans.

A licensed Title Agent, Mr. Splendido also formed Colonial Search and Abstract, a licensed Title Insurance and Settlement Service provider in Pennsylvania. Presently, Mr. Splendido serves as President of Colonial Search and Abstract as well.

Mr. Splendido graduated in 1986 from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy. Subsequently, he has served as President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Greater Philadelphia, as a Director of the Pennsylvania Mortgage Bankers Association, and as a member of the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Mr. Splendido was born and raised in Montgomery County PA. He currently lives in North Wales, PA with his wife of thirteen years, and their two children.
