Jeffrey V. Kohler is an Executive Recruiting consultant
specializing in publishing and media. Mr. Kohler’s
firm serves a range of blue-chip clients who operate weekly
and daily newspapers, business journals, magazines and
specialty niche and alternative products.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Kohler served as Senior
Vice President/Circulation for the Philadelphia Inquirer
and Daily News where he led sales, marketing, customer
service, promotion, alternate delivery and distribution
efforts for Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc. (PNI).
Mr. Kohler is strongly committed to the Greater Philadelphia
community, and has served in the following capacities:
Chairman of the Please Touch Museum; Member of the Executive
Board of Directors of the Boy Scouts, and as Vice President
of the Richie Ashburn Celebrity Golf Classic for the benefit
of physically and mentally challenged Boy Scouts. He has
also been an active member of the Police Athletic League
and served on the Board of the Philadelphia Eagles Youth
Partnership.
Mr. Kohler is a native of the Chicago suburbs, and graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre
Dame in 1979. He and his wife Maureen reside in Upper Gwynedd,
Pennsylvania with their four daughters.
