Michael Malloy
Senior VP, Chief Financial Officer

With his experience in accounting and management, Michael brings both people skills and financial expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer, where he plans, implements, and manages all financial-related activities. He is directly responsible for accounting, finance, strategic planning, and financial-report preparation, as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey, Michael graduated from Rutgers University in 2003 with a B.S. in Accounting. He was awarded a Master of Accountancy and Professional Consultancy degree in 2004 by Villanova University.

Philip A. Nisbet
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Nisbet, a resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey, recently retired from Barclays Capital, Inc. where he was Managing Director at UBS and head of an asset-based lending desk that produced $850 million in net revenues since he founded the desk in 2005. Mr. Nisbet has 20 years experience at global banks in securities lending, derivatives and commercial real estate "REO" capacities, including thirteen years experience managing people and budgets. Mr. Nisbet also has extensive experience in building businesses and has profitably navigated severe economic downturns including the 1990s commercial real estate contraction, 1997 Asian financial crisis and 2007-2009 global credit crisis. Prior to Barclays Capital, Mr. Nisbet worked at Citibank for 10 years and Merrill Lynch for 5 years in similar capacities based in New York, San Francisco and Tokyo, Japan.

Carmen M. Penta
Vice Chairman of the Board

Mr. Penta, a resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey, is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner in the firm of EisnerAmper, LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. Earlier in his career, Mr. Penta was a partner in the accounting firm of Wiener, Penta & Goodman, P.C. Mr. Penta’s primary sphere of influence is in Monmouth and Ocean counties, where his expertise includes tax matters, the specialized needs of medical professionals, national restaurant franchises, hotel, motel and recreational properties, and nursing homes and related government agencies. Mr. Penta’s extensive expertise has allowed him to build a significant client base. He attended Long Branch High School, Penn State University and received a B.S. degree from Monmouth University. He is a former member of the Congressional Award Council, a past member of the Advisory Board of Jersey Shore Bank, past Assistant Treasurer for the Long Branch Ronald McDonald House and served on the Board of the West Long Branch Sports Association. He is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Finance Committee of Big Brothers, Big Sisters and a member of the Brookdale Foundation. Mr. Penta also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Central Jersey Bancorp for over ten years.

Mark R. Aikins

Mr. Aikins, a resident of Rumson, New Jersey, is the Managing Member of Mark R. Aikins, L.L.C., a law firm located in Wall Township, New Jersey. Mr. Aikins is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Monmouth County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. His practice includes commercial matters, real estate and municipal law. He served as the President of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council from 1997 to 1998 and currently serves as a trustee and Treasurer of the Monmouth County Historical Association and as a trustee of the Rumson Endowment Fund, Inc. Mr. Aikins formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Monmouth Museum, a trustee of the Rumson Country Day School and as a member of the Advisory Board of Summit Bank. Mr. Aikins is a member of the Rumson Country Club and has volunteered time for Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Monmouth, Inc., the Monmouth County S.P.C.A., the RFH Baseball Parents Diamond Club, Inc. and the St. Rose Ice Hockey Parents Association. He received two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Brown University and a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Aikins served as a member of the Board of Directors of Central Jersey Bancorp and as a member of the Board of Directors of Monmouth Community Bancorp (the predecessor to Central Jersey Bancorp).

Richard Eknoian

Mr. Eknoian, a resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey, is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frenkel & Co., Inc., one of the fifty largest insurance brokerages in the United States. Mr. Eknoian formerly was an independent investment banker, specializing in financial services and a Certified Public Accountant with tax and audit experience.

William P. Goodwin

Mr. Goodwin currently serves as the Director of Business Development for NRG Thermal, LLC. NRG Thermal develops, engineers, builds, owns, and operates combined heat and power (CHP) plants for its customers. Mr. Goodwin has extensive experience in the energy industry. He has received both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University. 

Ran Korolik

Mr. Korolik, a resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey, is Vice President and Partner at Victor Homes, a developer of residential and commercial real estate in New Jersey, New York and Israel. Mr. Korolik has extensive project management, negotiation, real estate, valuation and financing experience and has worked in the real estate development field his entire career. Mr. Korolik was formerly a member of the board of advisors at Monmouth Community Bank.

Richard O. Lindsey

Mr. Lindsey, a resident of Camden County, New Jersey, is a retired banker with 39 years of industry experience. He was a founder, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of two de novo banks, including Monmouth Community Bank. He has extensive experience in the supervision of and active participation in all types of commercial and consumer lending and related back office operations. Mr. Lindsey is active in community affairs and in connection therewith is currently serving as a member of the Methodist Hospital Division Committee of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Inc. of South Philadelphia and the Methodist Hospital Foundation; since inception in 1979 of a church affiliated pre-school program, he has served as Treasurer and then Chairperson impacting the lives of well in excess of 3,000 children; for 12 years, Mr. Lindsey served as a member of the Board of Directors of the United Methodist Homes of New Jersey, and as a Trustee of the United Methodist Homes of New Jersey Foundation, both of which are headquartered in Neptune, New Jersey; and is the former Chairman of the Commercial Lending Committee of the New Jersey Bankers Association.

Pam Porter

Ms. Porter, a resident of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for the last 24 years, is Executive Vice President, Strategic Consulting at Opportunity Finance Network, the leading national membership organization for the $30 billion community development financial institutions (CDFIs) industry. CDFIs are financial institutions that provide credit and financial services to underserved markets and populations in the U.S. At Opportunity Finance Network, Ms. Porter heads the organization's consulting practice, providing services to community development lenders, banks, foundations and social impact investors. Ms. Porter's leadership experience ranges from start up firms to Right Management, the world's largest talent and career management firm. At Right Management, as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Planning, Ms. Porter worked with executive leadership to develop and execute their overall strategy in the human capital industry and to identify high value synergies with Manpower, their parent company. Prior to joining Right, Ms. Porter led boutique consulting firms Stepping Stone Partners and Omnient Corporation, where she worked closely with leaders of private and public companies to design and implement business and technology initiatives. Beginning her career in international corporate finance as an officer at JP Morgan, Ms. Porter has over 25 years of business experience. Ms. Porter was appointed by the Department of Commerce to serve on the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige National Quality Award, and she is also a member of the Forum of Executive Women, a membership organization of 350 women holding the senior-most positions in the corporations, not-for-profit organizations and public sector entities that drive the Greater Philadelphia region's economy and community.

Kenneth Yu Quay

Mr. Quay, a resident of East Hampton, New York, spent 29 years as a commercial real estate banker at Citibank, retiring in 2010 as a Managing Director and Global Risk Management Head of Commercial Real Estate for Citibank's corporate and investment bank. Mr. Quay has experience in commercial real estate workouts, sales, securitization, risk management, underwriting, loan structuring and loan portfolio management. Mr. Quay is a graduate of Pace University, and he received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Olivia Y. Wand

Ms. Wand, a resident of New York City, is a veteran commercial real estate professional, with experience in investment, development, management, syndication, lending and workouts. During her 30-year career in commercial real estate, Ms. Wand has worked at several of the world's largest developers and lenders, including Olympia & York (the Reichmanns); Minskoff Equities (where she was CFO); Extell Development (Gary Barnett); Citicorp Real Estate; and GMAC. Ms. Wand is a principal at East West Ventures LLC, where she represents investors in large commercial real estate projects.
